These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Velora Prestige services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- "Service" refers to luxury vehicle rental and chauffeur services provided
- "User" means any person engaging with our services
- "We/Us/Our" refers to Velora Prestige
2. Service Usage
Requirements for service engagement:
- Users must be at least 25 years old
- Valid driving license required for self-drive services
- Accurate information must be provided during booking
- Services are for personal, lawful purposes only
3. Booking and Payment
Financial terms:
- Advance booking recommended for availability
- Deposit required at booking confirmation
- Full payment due prior to service commencement
- Cancellation policies vary by service type
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Operate vehicles safely and lawfully
- Comply with Singapore traffic regulations
- Return vehicles in the same condition as received
- Report any damage or issues immediately
- Not sublease or allow unauthorized use
5. Insurance and Liability
Coverage details:
- Comprehensive insurance included in service fee
- Excess charges apply for damage claims
- Users liable for traffic violations incurred
- Personal belongings not covered by our insurance
6. Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is" with following limitations:
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability limited to service fees paid
- Force majeure events exempt from liability
- Users assume risk of service use
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy:
- 48-hour notice: Full refund less administrative fee
- 24-48 hour notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Bespoke services: Custom cancellation terms apply
8. Dispute Resolution
Resolution process:
- Initial attempt at informal resolution (30 days)
- Mediation as second step if needed
- Governed by Singapore law
- Singapore courts have jurisdiction
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
